The document splits naturally into six sections, perhaps done at
different times.
I transcribed these sections verbatim from a Xerox copy of a handwritten
original, furnished by Norma Heine Nelson (Granddaughter via Joe's
daughter Margaret). Spelling, punctuation,
and capitalization of the original have been preserved.
